Another day....
Of no fun :( I still have one home sick...so unfortunately I won't be *live* anywhere...crossing fingers for tomorrow though!!! However, here are some updates:
I'm still going strong at the gym! I thought I would wuss out after 1 week, however, nope! I'm still going! I'm really working my abs and hips (those are in need of some MAJOR work...lol), walking 1 mile and riding a bike 5 miles. I just found out though, that when you work a muscle group, you should wait a day in between before working that group again...oopsie! However, I was also told that you can work the abs daily, so that's a good thing. My neighbor has a membership to the same gym, so last night me and him went for a work out. It's so much nicer being able to work out with someone, someone to give you that extra push. I also didn't know that you are supposed to do the machines in sets of 3...lol! I sure found that out last night. I use to just do a set of 20, then move on to the next machine. Boy was I a sweaty mess when I got home last night!
Sunday was also the day I "caved in". The submissive side in me came out, after holding it off for about a year now! NOOOO...I didn't hold out on sex...lol! Hubby has been asking me to get another piercing! He's been asking me for quite some time (almost a year now actually!), and Sunday was the day I caved in. I was 50% Oh yea, cool. 25% was the OUCH factor and 25% was me worried about having some strange guy's face in a private part..lol! (GO FIGURE on that one!!!). It really wasn't bad, just pinched for about 10 seconds...then I felt nothing after that. So the "ouch factor" was a silly thing to worry about!
